assistance (win2k/winXP) as well as in-person for customers in the seattle area. (yes,
we do make house calls. :) operating systems we support are: windows (98,
ME, NT, 2000 & XP), redhat linux (6.2 through latest version), palm (including
handspring,) windowsCE, digital cameras and most cell phones. we'll provide
support for your internet service provider (ISP) connection and/or services
or act as a liaison between you and your ISP if only they can provide the services
you need (e.g. we'll wait on hold with your ISP for a password reset so you
don't have to, etc.)
