computers are meant to be time savers, but if you haven't invested time learning to use computers you may find that they waste more time than they save. our tutorials are meant to help you past that conundrum. we provide tutorials for all of the items listed on our support page and anything else you'd like to learn. you'll help us tailor your tutorial sessions so that we teach you the things you want to learn how to do at your own speed and knowledge level.

first you contact us with any questions about our tutorials, let us know what you'd like to learn about, and whether you prefer instand messaging or telephone for your tutorial session(s).
we reply with answers to your questions about our services and a rough estimate of how much time will be needed for the kind of tutorials you're interested in.
the estimate will be very rough as you'll determine your own pace for the tutorials.
you reply with primary and secondary preferred appt times.
after we've confirmed your appointment time, you send us payment in advance for the first hour.
